Please note that life-safety equipment like ropes and harnesses must remain in their factory-sealed condition to be eligible for a refund.

Prepare Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and safety certifications are included and the product shows no signs of use.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided return shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our safety technicians inspect the equipment to verify its integrity, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
